Sun, Pebbles, and Love: Why Brighton Beach is the Perfect Location for Your Engagement Photoshoot

Looking for a stunning location for your engagement shoot? Look no further than the vibrant city of Brighton! With its beautiful beach, iconic pier, and colourful streets, Brighton provides the perfect backdrop for capturing your love story. This is where Emmett & Elliot met, and a stone’s throw away from where Emmett proposed not too long ago on the seafront. These stoney shores hold a very special place in these two hearts and are filled with many happy memories. Living together now up North they were down for a visit to Elliot’s hometown Brighton, so we grabbed this opportunity to mark their engagement as we took a trip down memory lane after a much-needed caffeine fix at Flour Pot near West Pier. 

I know how daunting and scary it can be in front of a lens on any occasion, but as the day progressed the couple eased into being in front of the camera. As we moved along the seafront we got to know each other and the apprehension melted away as the morning flowed. Ending with me getting a delicious sticky toffee pudding recipe from Elliot which I went on to make that night.

Brighton beach’s bright and vibrant backdrop was perfect, and we even managed to get a little sunshine before the sea mist descended upon us. But these two smiles never faltered or faded.  Love was truly in the air this Sunday morning.
